Please also be advised that when booking through third party sites, your membership rewards and benefits are not valid. We encourage all members to book direct.

Credit card required at check-in; $100 credit card hold for incidentals due at check-in for whirlpool suites and $250 credit card hold for swimming pool suite. $100/$250 cash may be paid to hotel instead of credit card hold, which will be refunded upon suite inspection.

The Champagne Lodge operates as a private facility to provide all guests with privacy and seclusion. Memberships are required to stay at The Champagne Lodge.


CL Guaranteed Reservation Policy​

You may guarantee your reservation with a deposit of the first night’s stay. We recommend that you guarantee your reservation. If you do not guarantee your reservation it will be based on Availability.

CL Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please refer to the cancellation policies below.

Guaranteed Reservation Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you MUST notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior to your check-in time, which means by 5pm a day prior to your arrival time. At that time, we can reschedule your reservation to another date as a one time complimentary. Should you choose to cancel and request a refund, please note that there will be a $20 cancellation fee. Please allow 4-6 business days for all credit/debit card refunds. If you request to cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to your arrival time or do not show up at all, your reservation will be charged in full without any refund.

All perishable items, packages, suite decoration and/or spa services must be canceled 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time or you will be charged the full amount.

In order to make a reservation, we require an initial payment of up to $150. The remainder of the stay will be due upon arrival at check-in time.

Please be advised that you MUST have the actual credit/debit card PHYSICALLY present at check-in in order to verify and approve the card AND that you Credit/Debit Card MUST have a CHIP. IF the actual credit/debit card IS NOT PRESENT at check-in, you will be required to use a different method of payment in order to check-in. We do not accept any NetSpend, Green Dot, any Government or Unemployment cards, and ANY OTHER PREPAID CARDS. We also DO NOT accept any Credit/Debit cards that DO NOT have a CHIP. If you booked your stay with such a card, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE to contact the hotel and provide a different method of payment.
