All massages styles can be incorporated within the time of the massage.
Swedish- a relaxing massage with minimum pressure designed to relieve stress. This allows oxygen to flow thru the body which releases toxins out of the muscles.
Deep tissue- a slow deep pressure massage which helps to realign deeper layers of the muscles and its connective tissue.
Reflexology- An ancient Egyptian science that promotes over all good health through specific pressure points of the hands and feet that connect to different body systems. This is a 30min treatment that can be incorporated with any of the other massages.
Add-On
Hot Stone Therapy- Smooth heated water stones are placed on pressure points of the body and are incorporated with massage. This massage is meant to fully relax your body as it allows the heat to ease sore muscles and relieve stress.
Can be added to 60 min and 90 min massages for extra $20
Hydrating Hand OR Foot Treatment:
This special treatment concentrates on rough, dry chapped hands. The exfoliation helps slough of dead skin and nourishes your hands. 20

Mango Sugar Scrub:
This is a great way to get a full body glow! The treatment uses aromatic mango and exfoliating sugar to help you shed dead skin. The treatment includes a hydrating massage to soothe skin and show off a more youthful skin texture. 75
Mud Masque:
This treatment is ideal to cleanse the body of toxins while allowing the pores to breath. A thorough exfoliation is followed by a rich aromatic mud masque, finally after cleansing hydration is applied with smoothing massage movements. The treatment leaves skin soft and supple. 90
